Celebrating the End of the School Year 2025
We celebrated the end of another wonderful school year with a joyful gathering full of learning, laughter, and unforgettable moments!
The afternoon began with a fun Kahoot! quiz for both children and parents, where everyone could test their knowledge while enjoying some friendly competition. Our school-aged students then presented what they had learned throughout the year, while the preschool group delighted the audience with a charming fairy tale performance. The children also prepared their own surprise program, including a lively rap song that showcased their creativity and confidence.
We were delighted to welcome a special guest—a speech and language therapist—who shared practical tips with parents on how to encourage children to speak Czech, especially when they are struggling or feeling hesitant.
As we believe that culture is an essential part of our identity, several children also performed on musical instruments, sharing their talents and creating a wonderful musical atmosphere.
At the end of the celebration, each child received a diploma in recognition of their hard work, enthusiasm, and progress throughout the school year. We are incredibly proud of everything they have achieved.
To finish the school year in style, the children set off on a treasure hunt in the garden. Their mission was to solve clues and discover a hidden treasure filled with delicious treats—a perfect ending to a fantastic year together.

TENNIS LESSON IN MAY 2026
Our Czech lesson at the Lidingö Tennis Courts was a fantastic experience! The children had great fun while learning new tennis skills, discovering the rules of the game, and expanding their Czech vocabulary—all through interactive activities and games.
The lesson inspired several children to become interested in tennis, and for some, it was the first step towards taking up the sport. Most importantly, the entire lesson was conducted in Czech, giving the children a unique opportunity to develop their language skills in a fun, active, and real-life environment.
WELCOME CEREMONY FOR CZECH NEW BORNS IN SWEDEN 2026
We were delighted to take part in the Welcome Ceremony for New Czech Citizens in cooperation with Czech Embassy in Stockholm, where we warmly welcomed the newest members of the Czech community in Sweden.
During the event, we also introduced the opportunities for Czech-language education in Sweden. Parents learned how they can support their children's Czech language development from an early age and discovered the courses, activities, and educational programs we offer for children of all ages.
It was wonderful to see so many Czech families together and celebrate the Czech language, culture, and traditions—even while living abroad. Thank you to everyone who joined us, and we look forward to seeing you at our future events!

Christmas time in the Czech School Stockholm 2025
Our last lesson before the holidays was full of Christmas cheer! Students of all ages joined in for a fun, festive session where we celebrated Czech traditions. We enjoyed classic holiday activities, sang some seasonal songs, and even got creative decorating Christmas cookies together.
It was a joyful way to end the semester, and we loved seeing everyone so engaged and cheerful. Thank you to all our students for making it such a special day – we can’t wait to continue learning and celebrating together in the new year!
Fun pajama party! 2025
During this year, we also enjoyed a fantastic pajama party! It was a lot of fun – students of all ages came in their beautiful pajamas, and we laughed, played games, and spent a cozy evening full of joy and entertainment.
It was wonderful to see everyone so relaxed and happy. Moments like these show that learning Czech can be not only rewarding but also really fun!
