The Czech School in Stockholm will continue its classes in the spring semester 2026. From 11 January 2026, we will once again open Czech language courses for children, high school students, and adults.
We look forward to welcoming both familiar faces and new students who wish to develop their Czech, maintain their language skills, and be part of the Czech community in Stockholm.

CZECH SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN (Ages 3–15)
Dates for the 2nd semester (Sundays):
11 Jan, 18 Jan, 25 Jan, 1 Feb, 8 Feb, 15 Feb, 8 Mar, 15 Mar, 22 Mar, 29 Mar, 19 Apr, 26 Apr, 10 May, 17 May, 24 May, 31 May, 7 Jun = 17 sessions
Preschool children (ages 3–6): 14:00–16:00
School-age children (ages 7–15): 16:00–18:00
Tuition: 3,910 SEK (230 SEK / 120 minutes). Sibling discount – two siblings pay only 6,900 SEK. The amount can be paid in instalments.

Price: 3450SEK in total (230SEK = 2 hours, payment can be divided into smaller parts if needed)
Through interactive activities, play-based learning, and cultural exploration, children develop their language skills while gaining a deeper understanding of Czech traditions and customs.
The content of the class focuses on singing, playing, and building a strong connection to the Czech language. We help children expand their vocabulary and concentrate on key everyday topics such as food, daily routines, and common activities.

Time: Sunday from 16:00 - 18:00

What I hear, I can write. What I see, I can read.
This is the motto of our group for older children. The aim is to teach the Czech alphabet and basic writing rules in a creative and supportive way. Each lesson begins with fun group activities, followed by individual work tailored to each child’s needs and language level. Activities are carefully selected to match the abilities of every student – some children focus on grammar and sentence structure, while others concentrate on expanding their vocabulary.
The entire lesson is playful, with an emphasis on joy and engagement through learning.
Online lessons for kids

Place: ZOOM (online)
Price: 400SEK per 45 minutes
We offer online classes for children who live farther from Stockholm and cannot join our in-person sessions.Lessons take place on Zoom and are always adapted to suit each child's language level, learning style, and individual needs.
